We currently do not ship outside of Australia.
We are committed to despatching your order as quickly as possible. Our same-day despatch promise depends on when your payment is confirmed, which varies based on your chosen checkout method.
1. For Standard Checkout Orders (Credit Card, etc.)
If you place your order through our standard online checkout:
Fast Despatch: Orders with cleared payment received by 12 PM AEST on a business day will be despatched from the warehouse on the same day.
After Cut-Off: Orders with payments clearing after 12 PM AEST, or on a weekend or public holiday, will be despatched on the next business day.
2. For NDIS Checkout Orders (Invoice Request)
When you use the NDIS Checkout, you are requesting an invoice to be sent to you or your plan manager for payment. This is not an instant payment.
Despatch Timing: Our same-day despatch promise begins once the payment for your invoice has been received and confirmed by us.
Example: If you request an invoice on Monday and payment is confirmed by 3 PM AEST on Wednesday, your order will be despatched on Wednesday.
To ensure the fastest possible despatch for your NDIS order, we automatically forward invoices to plan managers for payment as soon as we receive your invoice request.
We provide one simple, free shipping option for all customers.
Shipping Method: Standard Shipping
Cost: Free
Estimated Delivery Time: 7 - 15 Business Days from the date of despatch.
Please note that the delivery timeframe begins after your order has been despatched from the warehouse. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., remote delivery locations, carrier disruptions, or weather events).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor your delivery's progress.
LowCost AT is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order in a damaged condition, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.
We strongly advise you to save all packaging materials and the damaged goods, as they will be required for the claims process.
To keep delivery times fast and our prices low, some items are shipped directly to you from our authorised third-party logistics partners, including Amazon’s fulfilment network. This means that, on occasion, your order may arrive in Amazon-branded packaging.
