Choose Your Payment Method
When you are ready, view your cart. You have two options:
• For NDIS Claims (Pay Later): Select the 'NDIS Checkout' button. This does not require immediate payment and allows you to generate a formal NDIS tax invoice.
• For Private Orders (Pay Now): Select standard 'Checkout' button to pay immediately via Debit or Credit Card. -
Enter Participant Details
Follow the prompts to enter your delivery details. The NDIS Checkout will dynamically adjust based on how your plan is managed:
• Plan Managed: Autofill or manually enter your Plan Manager's email address so the invoice is sent straight to them for processing.
• Self Managed: You will see a notice on screen: ⚠️ Important: To ensure your NDIS Tax Invoice is correctly reconciled, please do not go back to the cart and pay after submitting this request. You will receive an email within 5 minutes containing payment instructions for this specific invoice.
• Agency (NDIA) Managed: You will be prompted to enter the Participant’s Date of Birth so we can securely process the claim on your behalf.
• Declaration: Before submitting, all NDIS orders must tick the declaration box: "I confirm I am an NDIS participant (or authorised representative) and that these items support disability-related needs under the participant’s NDIS plan." -
Submit & Receive Invoice
Click 'Submit Invoice Request'. What happens next depends on your management type:
• Plan Managed: The system will automatically email the invoice with the PDF attached directly to your Plan Manager for fast approval and payment.
• Self Managed: You will instantly receive a compliant PDF Tax Invoice via email, which you can use to claim your funds from the NDIS portal.
• Agency (NDIA) Managed: Sit tight! Our NDIS team will process the claim directly for you via the NDIA portal. -
We Despatch Your Order
Once we receive payment confirmation (from you, your Plan Manager, or the NDIA), our pick and pack team will carefully assess and prepare your order. Your supports will then be despatched swiftly from our Adelaide warehouse or through one of our trusted logistics partners (such as Amazon, eBay, or Meta) straight to your door.

Note: It does not guarantee funding. Whether an item is funded depends on the participant’s disability-related needs, their approved plan and goals, and whether the item is considered reasonable and necessary by the NDIA or the participant’s Plan Manager.
