  3. Choose Your Payment Method

    For NDIS Claims (Pay Later): Select the 'NDIS Checkout' option. This does not require immediate payment. It generates a formal invoice.
    For Private Orders (Pay Now): Select standard 'Checkout' to pay immediately via Debit/Credit Card.

  4. Enter Participant Details

    Follow the prompts to enter delivery details. If requesting an NDIS invoice, you will be able to enter the Participant's Name, NDIS Number, and Plan Manager's email (if applicable).

  5. Submit & Receive Invoice

    Click 'Submit Invoice Request'. You will instantly receive a compliant PDF Tax Invoice via email. You (or your Plan Manager) can then use this document to claim funds from the NDIS.

  6. We Despatch Your Order

    Once we receive payment confirmation (either from you or your Plan Manager), our team will pack and despatch your order from our Adelaide warehouse.
