For NDIS participants living with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, developmental delays, or cognitive communication challenges, tracking multi-step daily routines and sustaining task engagement can be overwhelming without concrete visual anchors. This comprehensive visual planner translates abstract expectations into structured, interactive visual routines, helping children and adolescents navigate daily living tasks, self-care routines, and household responsibilities with clarity and confidence.

Featuring a dual-mounting design, the board adheres firmly to refrigerators and magnetic surfaces via heavy-duty magnetic backing and includes a durable blue hanging rope for flexible wall or hook placement. This expanded set features 186 thick, durable magnets—comprising 84 illustrated chore and activity magnets and 102 star reward magnets—alongside a dry-erase marker, storage bag, and storage box. Visual illustrations support non-verbal or early-stage learners, while the dry-erase surface allows older participants and teens to write personalised goals and schedules. Combining multi-step visual planning with tangible positive reinforcement, the chart fosters independence in personal care, routine transitions, and shared family communication.

How This Device Supports NDIS Participants

Visual Task Sequencing & Executive Functioning: Breaks down complex daily living routines (personal hygiene, dressing, morning preparation) into concrete, manageable visual steps, reducing cognitive fatigue and working memory strain.

Positive Behaviour Scaffolding: Star reward magnets provide immediate, tangible reinforcement for completed tasks, helping participants build self-efficacy and sustain motivation across daily activities.

Predictability & Transition Management: Clearly displays daily expectations and activity orders, mitigating transition anxiety and emotional dysregulation associated with unpredictable schedule changes.

Non-Verbal & Multi-Modal Communication: Illustrated chore magnets facilitate clear, low-stress communication between participants, family members, and support workers without constant verbal prompting.

Key Features & Benefits

Comprehensive 186-Piece Magnet Kit: Includes 84 illustrated chore magnets and 102 star reward magnets for extensive routine scheduling and positive reinforcement.

Dual Magnetic & Hanging Wall Mounting: Strong magnetic backing sticks securely to fridges, while the blue hanging rope enables flexible wall, door, or hook positioning.

Reusable Dry-Erase Surface: Allows parents, therapists, and participants to write, modify, and customise unique tasks and therapy goals with the included marker.

Extra-Thick Durable Magnet Build: Sturdy, heavy-duty magnets withstand frequent daily handling in home and therapy clinic environments.

Dedicated Accessory Storage: Comes complete with a fabric storage bag to keep loose magnets organised and a gift-ready storage box.

Meticulous Specifications

Brand: QUOKKA

Product Type: Magnetic Visual Schedule and Behaviour Reward Chart

Board Style: Magnetic Dry-Erase Board

Mounting Options: Magnetic backing (for fridges/metal surfaces) and blue hanging rope (for walls/hooks)

Magnet Count: 186 Magnets (84 Chore Magnets + 102 Star Reward Magnets)

Magnet Construction: Extra-thick, heavy-duty magnetic material

Inclusions: Dry-erase mark

https://lowcostat.com.au/products/magnetic-visual-routine-chore-reward-chart-pink-ndis-daily-living-aid-copy
